More Suspects Nabbed In Metro Moncton Vehicle Break-Ins

Four more suspects including a teenager have been arrested amid the recent rash of thefts from vehicles in Metro Moncton.

The latest arrests were made early yesterday in a northwest Moncton neighbourhood after police received several complaints about vehicle break-ins.

The number of vehicle break-ins has been escalating in recent months and police have already made several other arrests.

In this case, Codiac RCMP say a 49-year-old man and a 20-year-old man have been released and will appear in court in December.

A 15-year-old boy also made a court appearance and a 25-year-old man is still in custody.

Mounties urge residents to lock vehicle doors and keep all valuables – especially electronics and loose change – out of sight.
