RCMP are investigating even more cases of sewing needles being found in Prince Edward Island potatoes.
Metal detectors were used to help find the latest batch of tampered potatoes at a Cavendish Farms plant in New Annan.
Officials have not said where they originated, but they have said they did not come from Linkletter Farms in Summerside.
Roughly 10 potatoes were found to have sewing needles inserted into the flesh in 2014.
