It’s onto the semi finals! The Moncton Wildcats got a thrilling 6 to 3 win over the Halifax Mooseheads last night in game 7, winning the series 4 games to 3.
The over 6200 fans helped to cheer the team onto victory.
This is the first time the Wildcats have advanced to the semi finals of the Q league playoffs since the 2009-2010 season, and this is only the third game seven that the Wildcats have played in their franchise history.
Game one of the semi finals against the Quebec Remparts will be played on Thursday night at the Moncton Coliseum starting at 7 o’clock.. Tickets go on sale today online or at the Moncton Coliseum box office. Game two is also at the Moncton Coliseum on Saturday, at 4pm.
The team will then travel to Quebec for games 3 and 4, next week.
