Moncton man sentenced to 3 years in prison for drug trafficking

A Moncton man who was arrested for Drug Trafficking back in 2021, has been sentenced to three years in prison.

On January 14, 2021, the RCMP executed a search warrant on Colin Lewis’ home on High Street in Moncton. They seized methamphetamine pills, cocaine, crystal methamphetamine, hydromorphone, money, drug trafficking paraphernalia, and multiple weapons. They arrested Lewis at the scene.

The 43-year-old appeared in Provincial Court last week and was sentenced on a charge of trafficking methamphetamine. Upon his release, he will never be allowed to own or possess firearms for the rest of his life.
