A Moncton man will appear in court tomorrow for a bail hearing charged with armed robbery.
Thirty-six-year-old James Simms was arrested on Saturday night near Elmwood Drive.
He is accused of robbing a convenience store on Humphrey Street while armed with a gun.
Codiac RCMP say the store was held up on at around 9:15 on Saturday night, and a man fled with an undisclosed amount of cash.
