Moncton man charged in N.S. sea container theft

A Moncton man is facing charges in connection with a sea container theft in Nova Scotia.

Nova Scotia RCMP said they responded to a break-in at a business near Dartmouth on July 25.

The container’s contents, worth around $20,000, were reportedly stolen by two men in a pickup.

Police said the suspects were identified and arrested at a nearby residence.

A 28-year-old Moncton man and a 41-year-old Nova Scotia man were released on conditions.

They have a court date to face charges including theft over $5,000.
