It’s a total of five years in prison for a 34-year-old Moncton man who sexually abused his daughter, and made child pornography.
Media reports say the man, who can’t be named due to a media ban, was sentenced yesterday in Moncton court.
The Judge handed him a three year prison sentence for sexual interference, invitation to sexual touching, and possessing and producing child pornography.
In May, the man had already been sentenced to two years behind bars for making child pornography available.
His named has also been added to the sex offender registry for life.
Earlier this year, an investigation led police to the man’s home. Officers found over 14, 000 images on the the man’s computer, and home was also wired with hidden cameras, including in the bathroom, shower and the girl’s bedroom.
