Moncton firefighters were called out early Saturday morning to the Bell Aliant building on Mapleton road.
On arrival, they found heavy smoke pouring from the warehouse doors and the roof.
More firefighters were called in as backup.
Once they got into the warehouse, they found the source of the fire, and it was quickly extinguished.
They also faced challenges from the cold, as the windchill dropped the temperature to minus 27.
