Moncton City Council is holding a special public meeting today in part about funding for the downtown entertainment centre.
They are hearing a report from City Manager Jacques Dube, and are discussing their application to the Municipal Capital Borrowing Board.
The centre comes with a 105 million dollar price tag, with the province already committed to a 21 million dollar forgivable loan.
