Memramcook Daycare Operator Trial Delayed By One Month

The court case for a former operator of a Memramcook daycare facing charges for assault is delayed by a month.

56 year old Celine Lang was supposed to make her plea in court today, but her lawyer requested more time.

Lang faces 13 charges of assault relating to allegations of inappropriate physical discpline of 12 children, and one charge of assault with a weapon, where a daycare worker alleges they were assaulted with a flowerpot.

The daycare is no longer operating according to Memramcook RCMP.
