Thousands of police officers, first responders and other members of the public are expected to pay their respects in Fredericton on Saturday, as a regimental funeral is held for Constables Robb Costello and Sara Burns.
A memorial ride is also planned for Donnie Robichaud, who was one of two civilians who was also shot and killed.
According to a Facebook post, riders are invited to register at the Capital Exhibit Centre, to take part.
The ride will be held at 2 o’clock.
Afterwards, activities are planned at the Centre, and donations are being accepted, for Robichaud’s family.
The event post also states that the hope is to live stream the Regimental Funeral at the event. It also notes that it is a family friendly event..
