A 20 year old woman charged with first degree murder and arson in the death of Baylee Wylie has been orderd to undergo a 30 day psychiatric assessment.
Marissa Shephard made another court appearance in Moncton this morning.
She was arrested earlier this month after a Canada wide warrant was issued for her arrest.
Wylie’s body was found after a fire in a Sumac Street home in December.
Six others have been arrested in connection with Wylie’s death. Two of them are also facing first degree murder and arson charges.
Shephard returns to court on April 15th.
