Man Facing Arson Charges After Garage Fire In Shediac

A 41-year-old man has been charged with arson in connection with a garage fire in Shediac.

Christian Gallant of Beaubassin-Est was arrested on November 3, over two weeks after a detached garage fire on Lino Road.

RCMP says they are continuing to investigate other suspicious fires this year in several communities in the Southeast District.

They are still trying to determine if there are any links between the incidents.

Gallant will appear in court again on November 8th.
