A 50-year-old Moncton area man has been charged with possession of child pornography and making it available.
Wayne Wilfred Toole was arrested on May 15 and later released on a summons to appear in court on June 5.
The charges stem from an investigation by New Brunswick RCMP’s Internet Child Exploitation Unit which began early last year.
Mounties say they carried out a search warrant at a home in Ammon in May 2019.
At that time, a man was arrested but later released on conditions as the investigation continued.
