Man Charged With Second Degree Murder Appears In Burton Court Today

A New Brunswick man charged with the second degree murder of a two year old girl returns to Burton court today.

36 year old James Paul Turpin was arrested earlier this month in connection with the death of Kennedy Corrigan.

She died in April 2004 of a massive brain injury.

RCMP allege the the man from Eel River Bar was caring for Corrigan at the time she was injured, and she died a few days later.
