A 27-year-old man from St. John’s, Nfld., is facing child pornography charges in New Brunswick.
Barry Austin Morningstar was charged in connection to a months-long investigation into online images of child sexual abuse.
Morningstar was serving time at a halfway house in Saint John when his electronic device was seized by RCMP.
He is charged with possession of child pornography and making child pornography.
Morning remains in custody and will appear in a Saint John courtroom on Jan. 15, 2020.
