A 38-year-old man returns to a Campbellton court today charged in connection with the deaths of two boys.
Jean-Claude Savoie is charged with criminal negligence causing the deaths of 4 year old Noah Barthe and his 6 year old brother Connor, in August of 2013
The two boys were strangled to death by an African rock python, that was being housed in the same apartment where the boys were at a sleepover.
Savoie was arrested in February, and will appear in court today to face the charge.
