Local Entrepreneur Seeks Election For Councillor-At-Large

The co-founder of Atlantic Moto Skills, a motorcycle training school, is looking to add Moncton councillor-at-large to his resume.

Yves Belliveau is seeking one of the two openings for the position in the upcoming municipal elections.

His campaign is built on accountability, public safety, economic development and community services.

As a constant volunteer, Belliveau has participated with Habitat for Humanity, Harley Owners Group, The Canadian Ski Patrol, the MBA Student Council and several other committees.

He believes that in light of the challenging events over the past year, the city needs a fresh approach, new ideas with a different perspective.

The current councillor-at-large is Pierre Boudreau, while the second seat has been vacant since Greg Turner left last fall.

Marty Kingston and Krysta Karling have both announced their campaigns for councillor-at-large.
