The Multicultural Association of Greater Moncton is still awaiting answers to many of their questions with regards to Syrian refugees.
Spokesperson for the Multicultural Association of Greater Moncton Justin Ryan says they aren’t sure at this point exactly when the refugees will arrive in New Brunswick or Moncton.
And there’s still no firm word on how many will be coming to the province, although it is estimated at around 1500.
The estimate for Moncton is around 300.
Earlier this month, an information session was held by the City of Moncton, on how the public can help.
Another session will be held on December 3rd, hosted by MAGMA.
