Liberal Leader Brian Gallant was back in the Port City for another campaign announcement on Monday.
Gallant used the Social Enterprise Hub on Prince Edward Street to unveil a plank in the party platform that will help low-income earners and their families.

Gallant told the crowd it would be phased in over a four year period to enable the business sector to better prepare.
