The Financial Post reports a 50 million dollar lawsuit has been launched by the former President of Irving Oil, Mike Ashar against the company.
Ashar claims he did not receive bonuses he was entitled to, suffered a toxic workplace and had his privacy invaded.
Ashar was at Irving Oil from 2008 to 2013 and appeared at the time to leave on good terms. He’s now the C-E-O and managing director of Cairn India which is one of the largest independent oil companies in India.
