A Lakeville man has been charged with child pornography.
In Moncton court today, 60-year-old Raphael Ozon was charged with making child pornography available in January last year.
Ozon requested time to apply for legal aid and the case was adjourned until February 17.
The RCMP’s Internet Child Exploitation Unit carried out an investigation which led to the charge.
