A 36-year-old Kent County man is facing several charges related to child pornography.
In Moncton court on Tuesday, Félix Richard of Saint-Louis-de-Kent was charged with making, possessing and transmitting child pornography.
RCMP carried out a search warrant at home in Saint-Louis-de-Kent in August where a man was arrested and electronic devices were seized.
Félix Richard is scheduled to appear in court again to enter a plea on January 15th.
