So after serious deliberation of all of your amazing recipes for Meatloaf. I settled on what was the obvious winner for me. Kirk Geldart’s suggestion of Bacon Wrapped Cheese Stuff Meatloaf ( Check it out here ) was the winner.
Just like everything in 2020, I put a twist on the recipe. Including things that my 3 year old DEMANDED I include. Such as…crushed up Hickory Sticks and MORE cheese.
I also glaze it with Diana’s Maple BBQ Sauce. The only ingredient missing for next time? A pack of tums. Ouuuf!
