A new traffic button has been installed at the intersection of Mount Royal Boulevard and Bessborough Avenue to help improve safety and manage traffic flow. 
How does it work?
Come to a complete stop.
Take your turn following the normal 4-way stop rules.
When it’s your turn to proceed, keep right and travel counter-clockwise around the traffic button.
Important: The intersection remains a 4-way stop. The traffic button does not change who has the right of way, it simply guides vehicles through the intersection.
Traffic buttons may operate differently at other locations, so always watch for and follow the posted signs and pavement markings.
