RCMP have made a positive identification of the human remains found on the banks of the Timber River near Port Elgin.
Tyler Filmore’s body was found on May 5th.
The Upper Cape man was reported missing on November 26 last year.
A thorough search was conducted by RCMP, local fire departments and ground search and rescue.
Foul play is not suspected in Filmore’s death.
