RCMP say human remains that may be connected to a historical shipwreck burial have been found in P.E.I.
An investigation was launched on Saturday after they were discovered in West Cape.
Police say other human remains have been found in the same area in the past.
West Cape is located off the Northumberland Strait across from Richibouctou-Village, N.B.
