Moncton City Council voted in favour of another rezoning in the city.
They approved the rezoning on Harper Street. This will allow for an 8 to 14 floor hotel, that will include retail and commercial space, as well as a restaurant on the top floor and 3 to 5 storeys of parking.
The building will go up on the lot beside Staples at the corner of Main and Harper Streets.
The cost of the building will be between $28 and $30 million
