A committee has been formed in Moncton’s Hildegard neighbourhood with the intention of helping to beautify the area.
Dwayne Hayes is one of the residents who is spearheading a campaign to plant more than 100 trees.
Hayes says the plan is to have a neighbourhood barbeque on Arbour Day in May.
A public meeting tonight will outline some of the committee’s plans.
Everyone is invited to attend at the Presbyterian Church on Hildegard starting at 8-pm.
