Following the vote in the Legislature this morning, Progressive Conservative leader Blaine Higgs was asked by reporters how he was feeling.
“Relief is one way to describe it but humility and being humbled is another. It’s been a long long journey and this last five week has been added to all that.” Higgs said.
Higgs says they got support to form a minority government by 25 people who couldn’t be bought and he says they will fix the province with that sort of conviction.
Brian Gallant and Blaine Higgs will both be meeting with the Lieutenant Governor today.
