Heating Oil Prices Up In N.B.

There was an unexpected jump in heating oil prices overnight in New Brunswick.

The Energy and Utilities Board invoked its interrupter clause to reset the price.

Heating oil is now selling for a maximum of $1.94, an increase of just over six cents.

It now costs more than 20 cents more than it did just two weeks ago.

Gasoline, diesel, and propane prices did not change overnight.
