Heat Warnings Issued Across New Brunswick

Heat warnings are in effect in New Brunswick! Try to stay cool and hydrated to ensure you don’t get overheated.

Keep an eye out for symptoms of heat stress, including:

• headache

• dizziness or faintness

• muscle cramps

• nausea or vomiting

• rapid breathing and heartbeat

• dry mouth (extreme thirst)

If you or anyone around you is experiencing any of these symptoms, move to a cool and shaded place and drink water immediately.
