Heat warning for much of N.B.

The New Brunswick Day long weekend is going to be a scorcher across much of the province.

A heat warning has been issued starting Friday for most areas, except along the Fundy coast.

Daytime highs will range from 27°C to 30°C but it will feel like the mid to high 30s with the humidity.

There will not be much relief at night either, with lows expected to be around 20°C.

Temperatures are forecast to turn cooler on Sunday night.
