Greater Moncton International Airport Sees Increase In Cargo Traffic

A healthy increase for cargo traffic at the Greater Moncton International Airport in 2014.

Cargo traffic is measured in tonnes, and it increased by three per cent to over 24 thousand metric tonnes last year.

Several carriers use the Greater Moncton International Airport to ship their cargo, including their newest addition C.A.L Cargo Airlines who fly in weekly during the lobster season, as well as Fedex, Purolator, UPS and Bluebird.
