Greater Moncton Airport Seeks Feedback From Community

The future is looking bright for the Greater Moncton Romeo LeBlanc International Airport.

The facility is updating its master plan for the next twenty years and is currently seeking feedback from the public.

Airport CEO Bernard LeBlanc says a series of open houses are being held to gauge opinions from all stakeholders.

“So what do we see happening, what activity, what money might we have to invest or what do customers expect from us?”

LeBlanc says the airport wants to know what it is doing well but also what could be done to make improvements going forward.

The feedback will compiled in a report which will be presented at the airport’s annual general meeting in May.

Transport Canada requires the nation’s airports to have a new master plan every ten years and this one is expected to be completed by the middle of this year.
