Two businesses will open soon in Granite Centre which is the new plaza on Granite Drive off Elmwood Drive near Costco.
Colliers International says a Starbucks cafe will be opening in “no time” after unveiling signage this week.
The Bone and Biscuit Co. which specializes in natural pet foods and supplies will be opening next door.
According to its website, the store will open in April and this would be the national chain’s first location in Atlantic Canada.
Colliers has previously said it plans to bring other national retailers to that area.
Costco is the anchor tenant of Granite Centre which opened in November 2018.
