A Grand-Barachois man is facing trespassing at night and voyeurism charges.
Just before 1 a.m. on Tuesday, Shediac RCMP responded to a report of a person outside a private residence looking into the home’s windows.
Later that day, 33-year-old Bobby Mallet appeared in Moncton Provincial Court and was charged.
He will remain custody and is scheduled to return to court later this month.
