A man from Grand-Barachois has been charged following a child pornography investigation, according to police.
Mounties said they received information from the RCMP’s National Child Exploitation Crime Centre in August.
Officers searched a home in the community on Thursday and seized several electronic devices.
A 45-year-old man has been charged with possessing and transmitting child porn and failing to comply with a prohibition order.
He has been remanded into custody and has a bail hearing set for Tuesday.
