Recommendations have been presented to the Gallant government in the form of two reports for the 10 year education plan which Education and Early Childhood Development Minister Brian Kenny says they’re committed to having in place for the next school year.
There is an Anglophone report and a Francophone report which both contain many recommendations.
Some of those include making sure the Education and Early Childhood Development continues working on getting full language duality in early childhood education and that the deputy minister for each language sector has the resources needed to do that, as well, increasing effectiveness at addressing mental health, rewriting outdated curriculum, and stregthening STEM education.
Karen Power is the Anglophone sector co-chair and Gino LeBlanc is the Francophone sector co-chair.
Both reports are available at the right at the following link: HERE
