Q: Words to live by:
Dex: Two things come to mind. “Show up on time and be kind, you’ll be fine” and “Be Curious, not judgmental.” If you can keep those in mind for most situations you’ll be better off for it.
Catarina: I have a variety of words that I live by:

Q: What is your craziest concert experience/story?
Dex:
It was the day before we were supposed to take a road trip to Halifax to see a concert that my roommate and I had been looking forward to for months. The day before, the car breaks down, and we can’t take it on the trip. It looks like we aren’t going at all. I’ve always been of the mind that if you’re nice to people and help them out with anything you can, they will remember that and they will ‘pay you back.’ I’m also pretty stubborn when I have my heart set on something, and I really wanted to see this concert. So, I reached out to the band (USS, they’re awesome, check em out) on Twitter. I knew they’d be driving through New Brunswick on the way to Halifax and thought ‘why not take a shot in the dark and see if the band has room to take us.’ My roommate thought it was never going to happen… until they responded. The band was so appreciative of the time I spent with them a few years ago showing them around the city that they said, ‘of course we have room for you!’ Not only did they pick us up, but they put us on the guest list for the show, got us some merch and thanked us endlessly for coming with them. It was the greatest road trip ever. We are still friends 10+ years later!
Catarina:
I think you know exactly how this is going to start- I was a Jonas Brothers concert in 2019. It was the Happiness Begins Tour, and I was in the pit. It was my first time in the pit, and I was just in awe. It was by far the best Jonas Brothers concert I had ever been, to. I am living my best life staring at Mr. Joe Jonas, and I feel something hit my shoulder. I look over and Kevin’s pick bounced off my shoulder and a fan just behind me caught it! When I realized Kevin’s guitar pick bounced off me, I was shocked! I did have a moment of disapointment, and I truly believe that whoever caught maybe needed it a little more than me. Later that night, I was taking a selfie with my friends and as I stuck my tongue out, a piece of confetti landed right on it.. It was a very memorable night!
