Motorists are facing another increase at the pumps this morning, but it won’t have much of an impact on their wallets.
The New Brunswick Energy and Utilities Board made it weekly price adjustment at midnight, and regular self serve prices went up by just 0.4 cents a litre.
Most stations in Moncton are selling for around 106.1 this morning.
Other gas prices, diesel and furnace oil were both down slightly by point eight cents a litre. Propane also dipped by 2.6 cents.
Senior petroleum analyst with Gasbuddy.com Dan McTeague expects starting next week, we could see a major spike in prices of between five and eight cents a litre, when refineries due a price changeover from winter to summer.
