Four homes in Dieppe had to be evacuated earlier today, because of a gas leak.
Dieppe Fire Chief Charles Leblanc says construction crews clipped a gas line in the Eunice Avenue and Bourque Road area, just before 11am.
Enbridge gas was called in and turned the gas off.
Leblanc says residents were able to return to their homes about an hour later.
