For the past five years, the Frye Festival has partnered with Moncton’s World Wine and Food Expo by bringing some of Canada’s top chefs to the city to promote their cookbooks.
Frye Festival executive director Danielle LeBlanc says all proceeds from next month’s dinner and book signing will benefit the annual literary festival.
“With Chef Michael Smith coming in… he has a new cookbook which was released in September called “Make Ahead Meals” and every year we create a dinner menu inspired from the book that we’re promoting,” notes LeBlanc.
Chef Michael Smith will take part in the exclusive reception on November 5th at Legends Restaurant in the Moncton Coliseum.
Tickets are going fast for all Wine Expo events and some have even sold out already.
