MONCTON, NB–A Fredericton man accused of kidnapping a 19 year old woman returns to a Moncton courtroom today for a bail hearing.
25-year-old Hyper James A’Hern has been in custody since his arrest on August 13 in Centennial Park.
Codiac RCMP say a man with an air pistol forced a woman to go with him against her will.
