Francophone South District Education Council Officially Sworn In

The newest members of the Francophone South District Education Council have officially been sworn in.

The swearing in ceremony was held last night and was chaired by Thomas Maillet.

Paul Demers was elected as the new President and Marc leblanc as the Vice-President.

Francophone South covers a large area of French schools located between Saint John and Miramichi.

It is the largest in New Brunswick, overseeing 36 French language schools in 26 towns and villages and over 14, 000 thousand students.
