First Night Run Fundraiser For Dumont Hospital Breast Health Centre Raises Thousands Of Dollars

The very first Electrifying Night Run raised thousands of dollars for breast cancer patients at the Dr. Georges L. Dumont Hospital.

400 people joined in the five kilometre run raising $10,000.

Breast Health Centre surgeon Dr. Jocelyne Hebert says the money will be used to provide bras and prosthetics to breast cancer patients.

The highly qualified team of professionals at the Centre offer a range of services including cancer prevention, screening and early detection.

CHU Dumont Foundation President Jacques LeBlanc says in order to maintain the high quality of service, community engagement and support like this is critical.
