Fire in Fraser Avenue apartment leaves 40 displaced

A fire in a Fraser Avenue apartment building has left 40 tenants temporarily displaced.

The Canadian Red Cross says all were able to evacuate safely on Friday afternoon.

There is smoke and water damage to the building.

The Red Cross assisted by providing food, accommodations, clothing and other essentials.
