No word yet what caused a fire at the Fancy Pokket bakery on St. George Boulevard last night.
Moncton firefighters responded at around 6:15pm, where they found fire had broke out inside a machine.
Platoon Chief Rob Brine says three people were hurt. One suffered severe burns and two others were treated for smoke inhalation.
The bakery is expected to be closed for at least a few days.
