Police say a 50-year-old woman has died after a weekend motorcycle crash near Sussex.
Mounties were called Sunday morning after a woman who went out for a motorcycle ride the day before did not return home.
Officers found the motorcycle off the road along Riverview Drive East in Lower Cove shortly after 2 p.m. Sunday.
The victim, who was from the nearby community of Apohaqui, died at the scene.
No word yet on the cause of the crash and an autopsy will be performed.
