A fast lane is expected to make things easier for Canadians when they cast their vote in the federal election next month.
Voters who are prepared to cast their ballot, will have their ID and voter information checked, they’ll be handed a ballot, they can vote and be on their way.
Elections Canada spokesperson Diane Benson says it will take a little longer for those who aren’t fully prepared.
If you don’t have a voter card, or ID or if you have additional questions, you’ll be sent to a desk where you can get that information.
Canadians head to the polls on October 19th.
